The Chukchansi Indian Tribe is paying for a massive independent expenditure against Jim Patterson and Richard Pombo - under the banner of Californians For Fiscally Conservative Leadership.  The blitz will consist of mail, radio and TV in last minute attack ads against both candidates.   The Chukchansi Tribe is a significant supporter of Jeff Denham (R), Chukchansi, who has pledged to support the Tribe's efforts to block another casino from being constructed in Madera County.  Californians For Fiscally Conservative Leadership has not filed any of the required independent expenditure reports to date.
