Although Fresno County Supervisor Phil Larson is in a November runoff against Cynthia Sterling in November, Larson missed winning outright by less than 20 votes.  Now we learn that there could have been voter fraud in his district involving 100 votes or more.  The DA should investigate and invalidate the fraudulent votes.  The Bee has the story here.
